Cancellation and Refund Policy
Creation Drama Studio
1. Withdrawal from Classes
Enrolment is confirmed at the beginning of each term. If you decide not to continue with workshops, please notify us before the end of the term so that your place can be offered to another student.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for classes already enrolled in if you choose to withdraw during the term.
2. Student Absences
Creation Drama Studio does not offer refunds, discounts, or make-up classes for individual student absences.
It is the responsibility of students and parents/guardians to ensure regular attendance.
If you know in advance that your child will be absent due to a holiday or scheduling conflict, please inform us as soon as possible via:

Please note that informing us in advance does not entitle you to any refund, credit, or reduction in term fees.
Unauthorised absences (where no notice is given) may affect a student’s continued enrolment. After three unauthorised absences per term, the student’s place in the workshop may be reviewed.
No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for absences due to illness, holidays, or unforeseen emergencies.
3. Class Cancellations by Creation Drama Studio
If a class must be canceled due to studio-related reasons (e.g. staff illness, low enrolment, or internal scheduling), Creation Drama Studio may, at its discretion:

Offer a refund for the canceled class

Provide a future discount for enrolment in another class, or

Schedule a make-up class at a later date
4. Class Cancellations Beyond Our Control
If classes are canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, facility closures, public health restrictions, or other emergencies), the studio is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, or discounts.
We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule when possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
5. Class Rescheduling
Creation Drama Studio reserves the right to reschedule classes or make reasonable timetable adjustments in response to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather or facility issues.
Students and parents/guardians will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
6. Non-Transferable Fees
All tuition and enrolment fees are non-transferable. Fees cannot be transferred to another student, term, or class unless specifically approved by Creation Drama Studio management.
7. Minimum Enrolment
Creation Drama Studio reserves the right to cancel or combine classes that do not meet minimum enrolment requirements. In such cases, families will be notified and any applicable refunds or credits will be handled at the studio’s discretion.
8. Communication of Schedule Changes
All schedule changes, class cancellations, or updates will be communicated via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details provided upon enrolment.
It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure their contact information is up to date.
9. Refunds Due to Studio Error
In the unlikely event that a billing or scheduling error occurs on the part of Creation Drama Studio, any applicable refunds or credits will be issued promptly.
10. Show Day Attendance (Theatre Academy Students)
All Theatre Academy students are required to attend show days held twice a year (June and December). Dates will be confirmed early in the term.
Students who commit to performing and later withdraw may not be invited to return, as late dropouts disrupt the rehearsal process and production schedule.

By enrolling in our workshops, students and their parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to adhere to this policy.
