Join the Creation Drama Studio Team
We’re looking for a Workshop Assistant to join our team from September 2026, with the opportunity to progress into a Workshop Leader role as you gain experience and confidence.
We’re looking for someone who loves working with children and young people, has a genuine passion for acting and performance, and wants to develop their skills within a creative, supportive and growing company.
About the Role:
You’ll initially join us as a Workshop Assistant, supporting our existing workshop leaders in after-school and Saturday morning acting classes.
As you gain experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress towards becoming a Workshop Leader, leading your own classes and developing your own teaching style.
Our classes are focused on acting, theatre and screen performance, and we work with young people aged 6–18 years old.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is fluent in English – all of our classes are taught in English
- Has experience in acting, theatre or performance, whether professionally, through training or education
- Enjoys working with children and young people
- Is enthusiastic, energetic and creative
- Is confident, reliable and professional
- Wants to develop their skills as both a performer and a teacher
- Is comfortable working as part of a team
- Has a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Has a genuine passion for helping young people develop their confidence and acting skills
Previous teaching experience is a bonus, but not essential.
We’re particularly interested in people who have a strong background in acting and want to develop their experience working with young performers.

We love giving our team opportunities to get involved in our productions, and staff may have the opportunity to be cast in our plays and films, giving you the chance to continue developing your own acting career alongside your work with us.
Hours & Rates:
Starting rate: €12.50 per hour
Tuesday-Thursday After-school and Saturday morning classes
Primarily based at our Sitges studio, with potential opportunities in Castelldefels and Barcelona
Opportunities for additional hours and increased responsibility as you progress within the company

At Creation Drama Studio, we pride ourselves on making sure our workshop leaders and assistants are industry professionals who are actively working within the industry and bringing their expertise to the classes.
This is why we want to be able support our staff as much as possible when it comes to castings and professional jobs.
Wherever possible we do our best to cover our staff when they need to attend important castings and professional acting jobs within reason.
