  • The internship position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work both remotely and in person.

  • The minimum commitment for this role would require a dedication of at least 10 hours of work.

Roles Available :

Marketing Assistant

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager

 

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Assistant for the feature film Are We Strangers, you will play a crucial role in promoting and generating excitement surrounding the production. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team to execute marketing strategies and tactics that will drive awareness, engagement, and support for the film. This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, organisation, and a passion for the film industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including posters, social media graphics and promotional videos, ensuring they align with the film's branding and messaging.

 

  • Social Media Management: Manage and update the film's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.

 

  • Press and Public Relations: Assist in building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and bloggers to secure coverage and promotion of the film.

 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the film's production team, distributors, and partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the overall promotional strategy.

 

Essential Qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

  • Highly organised

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for film and the entertainment industry.

  • Prior marketing or film industry experience is a plus.

Production Assistant

Department: Production

Reports To: Producer

 

Job Summary:

As a Production Assistant for the feature film Are We Strangers, you will play an essential role in supporting the production team in the organisation and execution of the film. Working closely with the Producer and other key team members, your responsibilities will involve a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth and successful development and delivery of high-quality content. This is a structured role that requires creativity, strong organisation, communication and a passion for the film industry. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Assist with paperwork, including release forms, schedules, risk assessments and other documents.

 

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between different departments and relay information as needed to ensure smooth communication during the pre-production process.

 

  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain a production schedule, including setting milestones, deadlines, and shooting dates, and ensure that the project stays on track.

 

  • Logistics and Planning: Coordinate all logistical aspects of the production, such as equipment rental, transportation, accommodation, and catering
